This is a two-story wooden house that I purchased when I started working in Tsubame City in the spring of 2017. Renovated in August 2017. I used to live alone, but I decided to move in a hurry because I was worried about getting married. It's only been about a year since the renovation, but I hope to pass it on to someone I trust. I think the timing of handover can be adjusted according to your convenience. The size is not too big or small, and it is exquisite. I think there are many vacant houses in rural areas that are too large, but this is easy to clean because you can pay attention to the details of the house. It is a short walk to Tsubame Station, and the convenience store Seven-Eleven is near Tsubame Station. It is also about a 5-minute drive to Tsubame-Sanjo Station, where the Shinkansen stops. There is also a shopping street right near Tsubame Station, making it convenient for shopping. (There are quite a few private bakeries, bento shops, izakayas, karaoke snacks, etc.) The hospital is also just a short drive away, so you can rest assured in case of an emergency. It is not a property with a parking lot, so you need to rent it nearby. However, if you have up to one car, y2017年の春より燕市で勤務するにあたって購入した木造2階建の一軒家です。

In January 2018, I inherited my bag after I lived alone, but I don't plan to live there because I live in Tokyo. My brother is nearby, but he doesn't want to live there either, so I went to this site. It is about 130 years old, but the pillars and ceiling beams at that time were left as they were, and the interior and exterior were renovated 3 ~ 4 times, and I stayed for 10 days during the first bon, but I can live normally. I think it is quite an interesting property for those who are interested in old houses. My parents have inherited the house from generation to generation, and it is very painful to see it decay as it is. I would be happy if someone bought it for someone who likes old houses. The selling price is considered to be 5.9 million. We have been renovating repeatedly, but I think it will take some work from now on. In addition, there is a large garden and trees that need to be pruned, so if you do not take care of it yourself, it will cost money. When I asked someone who was familiar with the matter to take a look at it, I was told that the pillars and beams of that time probably no longer appeared, and that this alone would have a buyer. However, I can't comment on i2018年1月に一人暮らしだったお袋が亡くなり相続したのですが、僕自身東京在住なので住む予定がありません。

In 2024, we started selling through a local real estate agent, and although there were several viewings, we did not get to the point of selling. I asked a local real estate agent to take a look at it and set it as a reasonable amount. We will negotiate a price reduction. There are hot springs and elementary and junior high schools nearby. There is Shimagahara Station on the JR Kansai Main Line, a fire station, a station, a branch office, and a hospital. Several times a year, you can see the sea of clouds from your home. It is old (it used to be a banya and a bansho, so it is quaint).2024年に入ってから、地元の不動産屋を介して売却を開始、内覧は数件ありましたが、売却まで至らずです。

The house was built in 1954, but even after my grandmother passed away and it became vacant, it was repeatedly renovated several times a year as a place for the family to gather and many people stayed there. With the Reiwa era, my father has gotten older and it is no longer well maintained, so the family no longer uses it and we have decided to sell it. This is a relisted property. A buyer was found and the sale procedures were underway, but the buyer canceled the sale midway due to his circumstances. The buyer had planned to renovate the house and had cleaned it up, so most of the things that were in the house have been disposed of and organized. It is also possible to sell only the land, house, and fields, excluding the rice fields. The rice fields and fields are adjacent to the land.

This is a traditional Japanese restaurant that was renovated from a 150-year-old traditional Japanese house. We are considering relocating to another location, so we are looking for someone to buy it. The kitchen equipment is complete, and the restaurant also has tables, chairs, and other fixtures, so it can be used immediately as a restaurant. The renovated property has a good old atmosphere, with impressive beams visible from the atrium. The first floor is used as a store, and the second floor has a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and a Western-style room, so we recommend using it as a residence. There is a garden, which is well maintained with stones laid out and trees planted. There is no bath. There is a wood stove, but it is currently used for display. You will need to consult with the fire department before using it.

This house was built in the late Edo period, in Hanno, and is the property of a master brewer. At the time, the owner lived in the neighboring village, a 5-minute drive away. I got an old house by chance. It's surrounded by fields and is in a very peaceful environment. It's a building that's over 100 years old, but it's been renovated in places and is very solidly built overall. The neighbors are vacant, so there's no problem if it gets noisy. I think it's just right for a guest house, woodworking factory, ironworks, etc. I think it can also be used as a vacation home. It's currently occupied, but the handover will take about 1-2 weeks. It's rich in nature, so noise is not a problem at all. The local people are very nice. It's located away from the town (about 20 minutes by car), so it may be inconvenient for those who go shopping every day. It's not well water, but there is a place nearby where mountain water comes out. I would like to sell the 339m2 field as well. It's not a landslide warning area. We also have city internet, which is helpful. The toilet is a pumping toilet, so if you're concerned about it, you may need to renovate it. It seems that the city will provide a subsidy for installing a septic tank. There is also a toilet outside, which is a simple flush toilet. One room has a wood stove. Please feel free to use the wood stove as is.

Because it was a one-story wooden house and a former sericulture farmer, the ceiling was high and the thick beams were exposed, and the smoke from the kitchen stove was smoking the beams. After I stopped raising silkworms, I made a new ceiling, so the beams are hidden. It is an old house built in Taisho 3 and 110 years old, with 7 Japanese-Western rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a washroom, and a toilet. It looks like it can be lived in as it is, but the floor is damaged in several places and needs to be reupholstered. There are also leaks that need to be repaired. There are also traces of termites. The fixed asset valuation of the residential land area of 380 tsubo in Reiwa 6 is 6.175 million yen, but the building is an old property with land, (the current state including leftovers, ) I would like to ask for the sale price with a contract non-conformity liability exemption.

It is an old farmhouse that is about 100 years old. It is a quiet rural area about 1.8 km (21 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car) from Katsuma Station on the Iwatoku Line. It has been vacant for more than 10 years, but since we rent the adjacent rice fields to neighbors, we are currently using part of the building as a storage area for farming vehicles and equipment. There is a mountain forest (about 879 tsubo of the target area) on the north side, and it is for sale, including that. The building is in disrepair because the main house has not been maintained, but I would like you to take care of it yourself and enjoy the old house. There are some household belongings left, but we will remove them, so thank you very much.

Japan is an enticing destination for those looking to immigrate and start a new life. It is a country that seamlessly blends rich tradition with cutting-edge modernity. One of the key factors that make Japan so attractive to prospective immigrants is the housing availability. While Japan's bustling metropolises like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto offer a wide range of housing options, from modern apartments to traditional machiya, the country also faces a unique issue: a surplus of vacant houses, especially in rural areas. This provides an intriguing opportunity for immigrants to potentially acquire properties at reasonable prices, often at a fraction of what one might pay in major cities.
Japan's real estate market is diverse and can cater to various budgets. While cities like Tokyo tend to be on the higher end of the spectrum, there are still affordable options to be found in the suburbs and smaller towns. This inclusivity in housing costs allows immigrants to select a location that suits their financial circumstances.
AllAkiyas.com puts at your disposition thousands of Japanese real estate listings of properties available for sale or rent. Our extensive listings include detached houses, townhouses, apartments, commercial spaces, and vacant lots. We place a special focus on traditional vacant houses, known as akiya (or kominka in rural areas), and traditional townhouses, or machiya. You can easily search for properties across all of Japan's prefectures using your specific criteria.
