After my father inherited my grandparents' house, the tenant who had lived there for 20 years moved out in July last year. Nearby are Kasumigaura, Katori Shrine, Itako Station, and Suigo Sawara Ayame Park, so I think the location conditions are good. The access road is under the management of Katori City, but it is not currently designated as a road, so reconstruction is not possible. 霞ヶ浦、香取神宮、潮来駅、水郷佐原あやめパーク等が近く、立地条件は良いと思います。進入路が香取市の管理下なのですが、現状道路に指定されていないため、再建築不可となります。居宅、倉庫とも残置物があります。
