前面道路の交通量は意外に少なく、余裕でバックして車庫に止めることができます。さらに、家の横にスペースがありますので、バイクなども止められます。　もし、クルマがもう１台、家族や来客のためにとお考えでしたら道路向かいに屋根付き貸駐車場があります。現オーナーも借りていますので解約していなければそれを引き継ぐことができます。月額7000円です。
家の状態
現オーナーは随分ときれいにお住まいでした。築年数の割にきれいです。ただ、クロスなどにはそれなりの経年劣化があります。この際、クロスの張替えを検討してもいいかも知れません

物件を簡単に説明

私も現地で確認しましたがこの場所で問題ないと思います。
立地
韮山駅から伊豆スカイライン方面へ車で20分程走った山の上の（山中の？）別荘地です。
メイン道路から中に入るので車通りも少なく静かな別荘地の印象を受けました。
歩いて3分の場所に「別荘地ー韮山駅間」の無料バスも出ています。
1日3便しかありませんが、将来的に車を手放しても生活のできる別荘地です。
