I fell in love with the environment of Omaezaki and acquired this property in 2023 to use as a vacation home, but due to work circumstances, I hardly had the opportunity to use it, so I decided to sell it. Although it was built in 1992, it has been vacant for about 2 years, so some repairs are needed for part of the exterior wall, the shutter, and the wet veranda on the first floor.
