Properties in Japan

Acquired through inheritance. My father ran a dairy farm. According to what I was told while he was alive, he kept about 40 cows. There is a cowshed, which is in a dilapidated condition. I don’t know what to do with it even if I want to sell it. I am looking for someone who will use it as-is. If it becomes profitable, I would consider charging rent at that time. There are about 2 hectares of pasture.
