This town is located on a hill within walking distance of Kotsubo 6-chome, close to Mt. Kaiyama, which is known for its high-end residential area, and even Zushi Marina and Kotsubo Marina, where you can buy delicious fish. You want to get away from th小坪の6丁目、高級住宅地で知られる披露山に近く、逗子マリーナや美味しいお魚が買える小坪マリーナまでも徒歩圏内の高台にこの街はあります。正しくはマンション群なのですが、一度敷地内に入るとまるで異国の街なのです。白い壁にオレンジ屋根、美しく整えられた植栽にレンガ敷きの石畳み。今回募集のお部屋はメゾネットタイプになっていて、居住スペースとしての3LDKに加えなんと階下には防音バッチリのオーディオルームがあるんです。また水周りのラグジュアリー感半端なし！このお風呂、ホテルですか！？しかもちょっとやそっとのグレードじゃない、５つ星ホテルですか！？キッチンも使い勝手良さそうだし設備的にもバッチリ。リビングは横長の23.2帖で、お庭に出れば絶景が広がります。素敵なのが管理人さんのいる管理棟、当時の建具や照明器具やら、とにかく建物がかーわいい。マンション敷地内をお散歩するだけでも旅行気分に浸れます。そして高台にあるおかげで何より静か。都会の喧騒を離れたいあなた。いかがです？
