It is located 3 km from the famous tourist spot, Mount Omuro, and 1 km from Lake Ippé. A while ago, I purchased two plots of land in Ito City in bulk, but I am selling one at a low price as I have no use for it. I had planned to build a vacation home to live in Ito during the winter, but it is being sold as-is (registered land category: forest). The location is just 80 meters from the prefectural road connecting the center of Ito City and Mount Omuro, and it is adjacent to a paved public road.有名観光名所、大室山まで3km、一碧湖まで1kmのところにあります。少し前に、伊東市内の土地を2か所一括で購入しましたが、片方を持て余しているので格安で売りに出します。冬は伊東で暮らしたいと思い別荘を建てる計画でしたが、現状渡し（登記地目：山林）での売却です。場所は伊東市中心部と大室山方面を繋ぐ県道から入って僅か80m、舗装公道に接しています。

This property was acquired through inheritance but has hardly been used. It is the land and building of my family home obtained through inheritance in the 5th year of Reiwa. It consists of two adjacent residential lots purchased by my father in the 2nd year of Heisei, with some space available for a home garden. The building appears to have been constructed in 1970 and has undergone several extensions and minor renovations. I believe that a house deteriorates if not lived in, but since I live far away and have no plans to return to Bungotakada City, I am considering passing it on to someone who can manage and cherish it while living there.

The photos were taken during my visit to the site in June 2024. The Buddhist altar is still in place, but I plan to remove it if a prospective buyer appears. There are many remaining items that give a sense of life, but I would like to pass it on to someone who can accept it as is. I will also include a functioning air conditioner.

The building is unregistered, but it has been extended, and the layout is a single-story 5DK. There is one Western-style room and four Japanese-style rooms. 写真は2024年6月に現地へ行き、撮影してきたものです。まだ仏壇もそのままにしてあるのですが、ご取得希望者が現れましたら、こちらは撤去しようと思っています。残置物が多数あり生活感が出ていますが、そのまま現状有姿でお引き受け頂ける方へお譲りしたいです。まだ動くエアコンもお付けします。

This property was inherited after being rented out until after the Golden Week in May 2025. It is located in an area designated for urbanization control, but the building was constructed before the zoning was established. There are storage sheds with shutters on both sides of the gate. The building is spacious, but there are areas where the floor, walls, and ceiling are damaged. The entrance is impressive.

It is conveniently located within about a 10-minute drive from Meishin Expressway IC and JR Gifu Hashima Station, with large stores like Costco and Nitori within a 10 to 15-minute drive.
