The shrine quietly located at the back of the Okata Kama village is the main shrine of the seven Kamagata villages in Minami Ise, and is a place where you can feel a sense of seclusion.南伊勢町大方竈は平家の子孫が住む隠れ里のひとつ。南伊勢町の中でもアクセスが大変な場所にあり、国道からは狭い山道を通るか、狭い漁村の中を通って辿り着く。目の前が海のこの一軒は部屋数も多く、大人数で使える広いリビングルームがあります。また仕事のアイデアに詰まったら訪れて欲しいのが、八ヶ竈八幡神社。大方竈集落の奥にひっそりと佇む神社は、南伊勢にある7つの竈方集落の本宮で、秘境感を感じられる場所。

This building is a combination store and residence, typical of the countryside. There was probably a road here in the past, and people probably lived there and ran small businesses.
The dirt floor area is spacious and has been turned into a store, so you can "do anything" here. You can make things, display things, and if you put in the effort to renovate it, you could even turn it into an old-style house cafe? Maybe?
There's also a large steel-framed warehouse in the back, so you could probably do all sorts of woodworking and metalworking!
Of course, it's also a great place to live normally and raise children, as it's quiet and in a nice natural environment, so it's recommended.
